Hi, I’m Chang Yu, a product designer based in Tokyo. I currently work at PayPay, a fintech company specializing in contactless payments and financial services.

Before that, I was with Carousell, an e-commerce platform for second-hand items, and I’ve also interned at Garmin and BenQ for wearable device design and educational SaaS.

I’m a quick learner, curious, and a strong communicator who values teamwork and actively seeks feedback. I’m dedicated to creating design solutions that balance business objectives with user needs, continuously improving through iteration and learning.
